Twitch unveils E3 livestreaming schedule, including a zany kickoff show

Amazon’s Twitch division is going to be at war with Google’s YouTube Gaming and Facebook in livestreaming events at one of the world’s most important video game extravaganzas, the Electronic Entertainment Expo.

San Francisco-based Twitch has revealed its E3 2016 livestreaming schedule for another year as the expo’s official broadcasting partner. Twitch will offer co-streaming, international feeds, and an eclectic mix of gaming culture and humor with The Pre-Pre Show.

In addition to featuring the expo’s press conferences, Twitch will be broadcasting E3-related content beginning the weekend before doors open and throughout the entire conference.

Twitch will have its own booth in the South Hall (No. 1401) for its official live broadcast. The Pre-Pre Show debuts on Sunday, June 12, as a nine-hour show about gaming culture, indie devs, and comedy.

Some of the highlights include Fear the Gun doing a Friday the 13th: The Game gameplay reveal, The Cinefamily presenting their Most Outrageous Video Games live, and 5-Second Films doing a live director’s commentary of their film Dude Bro Party Massacre III. Hosts include Twitch’s Jon Carnage with HelloKellyLink, MANvsGAME, Ezekiel III, and FuturemanGaming.
