Third Trine’s the charm.
Developer Frozenbyte announced Trine 3 today, the next installment in its series of puzzle-based platformers. The sequel will come out later this year for PC, with other platforms to be determined. You can see the first trailer below.

The original Trine came out in 2009. It was a fantasy-themed platformer that had players switching between three characters with different abilities: a thief, a night, and a wizard. 2011’s Trine 2 added multiplayer co-op.
Frozenbyte is based in Helsinki, Finland. Besides the Trine series, the developer also created the top-down shooter games Shadowgrounds and Shadowgrounds: Survivor.
