ThinkingAI, formerly ThinkingData, has partnered with AI foundation model company MiniMax to launch Agentic Engine, a new operational platform designed to turn data into real-time business action. The collaboration brings together ThinkingAI’s decade-long experience in analytics since 2015 with MiniMax’s multimodal model capabilities, aiming to enable more adaptive, agent-driven decision-making across digital businesses.

Agentic Engine is designed to move organizations beyond dashboards and manual workflows, using AI agents to continuously monitor performance, identify changes, and recommend actions as conditions evolve. The system includes built-in guardrails and approval layers, allowing teams to respond faster while maintaining control over execution. MiniMax provides the underlying model layer, enabling advanced reasoning and structured analysis across operational data.

At its core, the platform reflects a broader shift in how AI is being applied across enterprise systems. Global investment in AI is projected to surpass $300 billion annually by 2026, according to industry estimates, with agentic AI expected to account for a growing share of enterprise software spend over the next decade, driven by demand for systems that can autonomously execute tasks and deliver measurable outcomes. At the infrastructure level, demand for foundation models and agent-based systems has accelerated as organizations move toward automated decision-making layers. MiniMax, valued at over $40 billion and operating with a team of under 500 employees, represents part of this new wave of AI-native infrastructure providers.

ThinkingAI positions Agentic Engine within a broader industry shift toward embedding AI directly into operational data flows, enabling real-time reasoning and execution alongside traditional analysis.

Enhancing games and digital platforms

ThinkingAI has worked with more than 8,000 game titles and partners including SEGA, KRAFTON, and Habby, supporting large-scale live game operations across the industry. Building on that experience, its Agentic Engine is designed to help developers automate performance monitoring and coordinate decision-making across complex systems, delivering faster and more actionable insights in real time.

“Gaming has always been one of the most demanding real-time environments, where player behavior and live operations can shift quickly,” said ThinkingAI co-founder Chris Han. “Such a complex problem requires a sophisticated solution. Agentic Engine deploys a multi-agent solution that can find insights faster, design experiments at scale, and execute complex operations, all autonomously.”

The rebrand from ThinkingData to ThinkingAI reflects an evolution in scope, building on its foundation as a data analytics platform. The company is extending its capabilities toward AI-driven operational systems, with Agentic Engine representing an early step in bringing real-time intelligence and execution closer together within enterprise environments.
