The Sims 4 brings more detailed Create-a-Sim tool and rocket-ride innuendos

The game that makes it fun to torture virtual people is returning with The Sims 4. During Electronic Arts’ Gamescom 2013 press conference today, developer Maxis announced the game and revealed its new Sim creation tools.

VP executive producer Rachel Franklin explained SmartSim, a feature that makes home creation much faster than in previous games with pre-designed rooms.
