After Meta announced the launch of their Meta VR Glasses on September 23, a number of games have announced their plans to join Meta in their Spring 2027 launch. Among the games coming to Meta VR Glasses are Tetris, Phoenix Wright and Dice Throne.

Developers Enhance, Amata K.K. and Nerd Ninjas each announced earlier this week that their games will be available on Meta’s VR Glasses and Meta Quest headsets, with all three targeting mid 2027 launches, according to the companies’ respective press releases. The titles span a puzzle game, a courtroom adventure and a digital tabletop battler. Two are positioned as launch or day-one titles for the brand new product.

Meta debuted the glasses at its Connect 2026 keynote, pricing them at $1,299.99 and setting a spring 2027 release. The device includes a 5K Infinite Display, multi-panel virtual displays, eye and hand-gesture navigation and Meta AI, according to their press release.

Enhance unveiled Tetris Effect: Mixed Realities at the Meta Connect 2026 keynote, describing it as “an all-new entry in the Tetris Effect franchise.” Monstars Inc. and Resonair have teamed up to develop the game, with Enhance as the publisher. The game will also launch on both Meta Quest 3 and 3S in 2027, alongside Meta VR Glasses.

Tetris Effect: Mixed Realities uses hand tracking and pass-through to transform players’ rooms into settings such as a deep-sea aquarium or a remote space station, according to a press release from Enhance. Once immersed in their new virtual environment, players work to stack Tetriminoes to build gateways between the real world and the game. The studio says the project is still just in early phases of development. Enhance has yet to announce a price or confirm a specific release date.

Dice Throne Digital, a virtual adaptation of the tabletop battler game, was also announced as a day-one title alongside the launch of the Meta VR Glasses, according to a press release from Dice Throne and Nerd Ninjas. In Dice Throne Digital, players roll dice by hand and turn a table, desk or other surface into a shared virtual tabletop. The game allows remote friends face off against one another as though sitting across from each other.

Dice Throne Digital is set to include a Classic 1v1 mode, as well as a roguelite Campaign mode inspired by Dice Throne Adventures and Slay the Spire. These modes will launch with eight Heroes: Barbarian, Monk, Moon Elf, Ninja, Paladin, Pyromancer, Shadow Thief and Treant. Beyond Meta Quest 3/3S and Meta VR Glasses, it’s also coming to iOS, Android, Steam and Steam Deck as a free-to-play title with cross-play and cross-progression.

“We’re not trying to replace the tabletop experience,” said Nate Chatellier, Nerd Ninjas CEO and Dice Throne co-designer. “We’re asking how we can use digital to do something the physical game never could.” The project followed an April 2026 Kickstarter that drew 9,574 backers pledging $686,431.

Aside from these two other game announcements, Amata K.K. unveiled Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies VR, the Ace Attorney series’ first VR entry. In their press release, Amata announced that the game would soon be playable on Meta VR Glasses. The game updates the 2013 Nintendo 3DS title through an official license with Capcom, with Amata serving as both developer and publisher. It’s set for Meta VR Glasses, Meta Quest 3/3S, Quest Pro and Quest 2 in 2027; price and an exact release date have yet to be revealed.

In Phoenix Wright, players can shout “Objection!” by voice or use controllers. The game asks players to examine 3D crime scenes and present evidence using hand tracking, according to Amata. The story follows Phoenix Wright’s return alongside Apollo Justice and Athena Cykes across multiple episodic cases, with more than 15 hours of playtime in the single-player game. DLC is planned. A teaser site and trailer went live earlier this week, alongside Amata’s press announcement about the game’s launch.

All three announcements emphasize hand tracking and mixed reality, bringing tabletop games and classic DS titles into the world of virtual reality.
