An attraction company has lost its appeal to block the importation of Nintendo’s Wii U. Creative Kingdoms, the company that owns the MagiQuest live-action role-playing theme park-like locations, filed a complaint with the International Trade Commission asking it to prevent Nintendo from bringing the Wii U to the U.S.
The newest entries in Nintendo’s monster-collecting and battling role-playing series for the 3DS have shipped 7.7 million copies worldwide, via Siliconera. The games came out in the U.S., Japan, and Australia on Nov. 21, with a European launch following on Nov. 28.
