Arc Games and Snapshot Games has released Frosthaven‘s latest 1.0 gameplay trailer leading up to the launch of the full game on October 15, 2026.
From the mind of Isaac Childres, the board game moves to the digital realm in the video game adaptation of Frosthaven. An evolution of the Frosthaven board game experience, the dark fantasy tactical RPG serves as a spiritual successor to Gloomhaven and is developed by Snapshot Games.
According to a press release, players can enter battle with 17 unique heroes, experience a massive campaign, and adventure with friends. Set in the depthsof the Biting Sea, this tactical, turn-based and choice oriented RPG challenges one or more players to play on their own or in a co-op multiplayer mode to sanction the outpost from the brink of destruction.
An ancient and immensely powerful artifact has begun sending visions of unrest, calling out to be found once more. Now, the heroes of Frosthaven must venture both above and below the sea’s dark, icy waters to secure the artifact before it falls into the wrong hands.
Frosthaven includes the following key features upon the 1.0 launch:
