South Park’s next target: YouTube gaming sensation PewDiePie

Comedy Central’s long-running animated show South Park is in the middle of its nerdiest season yet. It’s already taken on Oculus Rift, free-to-play games, and consumer drones. This week, it’s going to nerd out once again.

South Park Studios, the production company responsible for the show, released a teaser for Wednesday’s show, and it has Eric Cartman broadcasting and making videos about games. This is obviously a parody of the thousands of people who make videos on YouTube and livestream gameplay to sites like Twitch. Cartman even mocks the most famous In August, Internet retail giant Amazon acquired the top game-livestreaming site Twitch for $970 million.
