Resurgens Gaming, the parent company of Ghost Gaming and Skillshot Media, has taken a strategic equity stake in Insight Marketing, a creative agency known for its work in gaming, cryptocurrency, and Web3 entertainment.

The deal marks a major step toward building a more integrated marketing and media ecosystem centered around the gaming industry. As part of the partnership, Insight Marketing will remain independently operated under managing director Julian Caggiano, who will continue to lead client strategy and creative direction.

Resurgens Gaming chief executive officer, Todd Harris, a long-time esports and interactive media executive, joins Insight as a strategic advisor to help guide cross-company collaboration and growth initiatives.

Together, Insight, Ghost Gaming, and Skillshot Media plan to expand joint capabilities across content creation, live events, influencer engagement, and brand partnerships to blend gaming culture with mainstream marketing channels. Skillshot’s production expertise and Ghost’s creator-driven community are expected to complement Insight’s digital-first campaigns for clients in gaming, crypto, and entertainment.

According to PwC’s Global Entertainment and Media Outlook, the global gaming industry generated more than $227 billion in revenue in 2023 and continues to outpace growth in film and television, trending towards topping $300 billion in 2027.

Resurgens Gaming’s portfolio reflects this trend. Its Atlanta-based operations have focused on merging lifestyle, content, and competition, positioning its companies at the intersection of esports, production, and fandom.
