Pixel Revolt: Episode 2

Editor's note: Episode two of the Bitmob community-created podcast Pixel Revolt is up now, download links after the 'Read more.' -Demian

The Pixel Revolt crew is back for another dive into the Bitmob community. Derek Lavigne, Jeff Grubb, and Brett Bates return and try to weather the storm after having a community article pulled out from under them by the Mobcast (we're so fighting).

Here's a rundown of what we have in store this week.

Section 1 – As always, in the spirit of the Mobcast, each of us brings one community article to the table to highlight and discuss. Here are the articles we chose this week:

Characters That Linger – Jasmine Maleficent Rea

What Makes You a Fanboy? – Frank Anderson

Digital Distribution: Are We Really Ready for It? – Matthew Erazo

Section 2 –  Then we go right into the answers to the community question for this episode: "What is your favorite 'holy crap' gaming memory," as well as share our own. This question was originally posed by community member Trevor Hinkle.

Our question for next episode is going to be "What setting (time and location) would you most like to see a videogame take place in?" For instructions on how to get involved you can go here.

To cap off the show, the guys discuss the final details of the first ever Bitmob Community Meet Up in San Francisco this friday, July 10th. A link to the Facebook event with all the details can be found below.
