Publisher Bandai Namco’s American branch revealed today that the punishing action game Dark Souls III has become its fastest-selling game. It also had the best first day sales in Bandai Namco Entertainment America’s history.

Doom’s official Twitter page revealed that the open beta for the multiplayer part of the upcoming first-person shooter will go on for an extra day. It was originally supposed to end on June 17, but it will now last until today (June 18) at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
