We get married all the time and our weddings are never nerdy. Or interesting. Ours usually involve a boring-ass ceremony and a bunch drunken old folks cutting a rug to MC Hammer. And sometimes Uncle Joey gets in a fight and the cops are called. But that’s only when gin is served. Otherwise he just does lame Popeye impressions and repeatedly tells us to “cut it out.” What, though, we’re not so sure. But we do appreciate the accompanying hand motion — it’s endearing.

Also endearing? This NES groom’s cake for the wedding of Scott and Allison Shackelford [via GoNintendo]:

No blowing required, either. Just chomping. And swallowing. Then more chomping.

And unlike the Katamari Damacy-themed wedding we covered a few weeks back, it seems like this one is a wee bit classier. Oops! Did I say classy? Check out a semi-saucy pic (and more cake shots) after the break.
