Mighty No. 9’s launch is a mess, but Deep Silver promises relief to Wii U players

Today has been anything but mighty for this long-awaited 2D action game.

Mighty No. 9 officially released today after a long series of delays, but the launch isn’t going smoothly. Some claim that the game is running poorly and even killing their system (if you’re playing on the Wii U). Also, developer Comcept revealed that the Xbox 360 version isn’t coming out for a few days. Delays are common in the game industry, but you don’t often see one announced on a release date.
