Everyone suspects the Pyro in Team Fortress 2 is really a girl, but French artist and DeviantArt user Prospass took the extra step and reimagined the entire roster as women. It’s been done before (see above), but there’s nothing wrong with that so long as the approach and art style is always unique.
I gotta say the soldier is my favorite. Prospass has many more great pieces on his DeviantArt page.
