Heroes of the Storm follows Hearthstone, Overwatch with a Hero Brawl mode

Blizzard has announced a new mode for Heroes of the Storm, its multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) for PC. Named Hero Brawl, the upcoming addition offers players custom rules that each week. It’ll be available in the testing version of the game on October 10, with the full release following on October 17.

MOBAs are some of the most popular games on PC and have made a big splash on the growing esports scene, especially with hits like League of Legends of Dota 2 (the market’s two leaders). We don’t know how well Heroes of the Storm is doing since Blizzard doesn’t release player numbers, but it’s unlikely that it has reached the same level of success. New content like this, however, could bring in more people.
