Fuzzy Bot’s Lynked: Banner of the Spark comes to early access on October 22

Fuzzy Bot revealed its upcoming multiplayer “cozy-action” game Lynked: Banner of the Spark at Gamescom’s Opening Night Live. The game launches in early access on October 22. The developers described it as having elements of roguelikes, town-building progression and hack-and-slash action. Players can wishlist the game now.

According to Fuzzy Bot, Lynked takes place in the distant future with humanity on the verge of extinction, and players must join their last survivors with the robot resistance against the villainous Combots. They also must find out the fate of the titular Banner of the Spark, a legendary company of bots. They can also recruit robot allies to build up their town.

Lynked can be played solo or with friends — specifically, runs outside of your town can be played by 1-3 players, and 1-6 players can work together in town. According to Fuzzy Bot, the studio is targeting a 2025 window for the game’s full release.

Max Spielberg, Fuzzybot co-founder and game director, “We got tired of building dark, gory games, so we formed FuzzyBot to make fun, vibrant worlds with a ton of action. We’re super proud to share the world of Lynked: Banner of the Spark with everyone! And honestly, we’re just excited we finally got to make a fishing minigame.”
