The Federal Trade Commission on Thursday sued to block Nvidia‘s $75 billion takeover of Arm Holdings for antitrust reasons.

The lawsuit signals the start of more aggressive FTC antitrust enforcement since President Joe Biden appointed Lina Khan as chair of the federal agency.
