Former Glu CEO Niccolo De Masi is on the prowl for mobile app acquisitions

Niccolo De Masi, the man behind the hit mobile game Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, has launched a “blank check” initial public offering (IPO) company that is hunting for the next big mobile app.

De Masi recently launched a special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC) on the New York Stock Exchange. In that transaction, investors put him in charge of a company with $200 million, and De Masi gets to decide what to acquire with all of that cash.
