The Typing of the Dead: Overkill is available now on Steam for $20. Sega has it temporarily discounted to $10. It has players typing out words and phrases to put down oncoming enemy zombies. It is a modification of first-person rail shooter The House of the Dead: Overkill that Sega released for Wii in 2009 and PlayStation 3 in 2011. Instead of pointing a controller gun at the screen and pulling a trigger, players will need to line up their fingers on a keyboard and type in things like “phantom ballplayer” and “ample buxom.”
