FIFA 2020 and Megan Rapinoe? 1,100 fans petition EA to put women’s soccer star on cover

Megan Rapinoe is the star of the U.S. women’s soccer team, which won the 2019 World Cup. And now fans are petitioning Electronic Arts to put her image on the cover of its next video game, FIFA 2020.

Fan Darren Holland started the petition on Change.org after IGN (another gaming news site) posted a mock cover image with a rendering of Rapinoe on it. More than 1,100 fans have signed the petition so far.
