UAE announces Dubai Esports & Games Festival 2024

Dubai announced the Dubai Esports & Games Festival 2024 event will run from April 19 to May 5 in the city in the United Arab Emirates.

The Dubai Esports & Games Festival aims to surpass the 48,2000 attendees who came to last year’s event. It will feature over 50 games played on 200 machines, including 11 unreleased titles and four world-first showings. It’s part of the UAE’s plan to attract gaming jobs to the country. I interviewed a Dubai economic adviser and wrote about voices of gaming in Dubai as well about the gaming ambitions.
