The nutty real estate experts over at Movoto have once again pulled out their virtual tape measures and calculators to figure out the value of another video game character’s home. Movoto previously revealed to us that Princess Peach’s castle (of Super Mario Bros. fame) is worth nearly $1 billion. This time around, the home-value geeks are looking at Dracula’s castle from the classic side-scrolling Konami platformer Castlevania.

It turns out that the lord of the night’s abode is shockingly inexpensive.

Movoto used Castlevania hero Simon Belmont’s relative size to determine that the titular castle is around 15,000 square feet. A building of that size in Transylvania goes for around $31 per square foot, which puts the castle at a very affordable $486,080.

Of course, the real cost of owning an evil castle is the upkeep. Just imagine having to pay all of those monsters to defend every corridor from vampire hunters.
