CD Projekt Red teases The Witcher 4 with Ciri

CD Projekt Red teased The Witcher 4 at The Game Awards as the evening’s first major world premiere.

The cinematic of a young woman being sacrificed while being defended by Ciri, a silver-haired female Witcher, looked pretty amazing, as she faced off against a giant spider-like creature with a monstrous human face.

It was scary, but it was nice to see her slice off the beast’s limbs and lasso it with a lave rope before slicing off its head. There is a lot of pent-up demand for this game, as the Witcher 3 came out in 2015, before the popular TV series hit Netflix. No date was mentioned for release.
