WWE SuperCard is one of those mobile games that has lasted — lasted for over a decade, to be exact. And the game keeps changing to match the current climate. Last month, developer Cat Daddy Games announced the launch of the game’s 12th season, as well as the introduction of a new mode, Superstar Showdown, which introduces roguelike mechanics to the collectible card title.
But it’s not just the game that is changing. Cat Daddy also announced that Shaun Collins would be taking over as studio head. Both of Cat Daddy’s founders, Harley Howe and Patrick Wilkinson, are retiring; though Howe will remain with Cat Daddy in a consultant capacity.
