A new tank in Battlefield V

Battlefield V launches Chapter 2: Lightning Strikes update with smaller squad battles

Battlefield V is starting the new year with a new multiplayer update for its Tides of War live operations series. The Chapter 2: Lightning Strikes update goes live on Tuesday, January 15, as a free downloadable content (DLC) update.

Included is Squad Contest, a tighter and more intense version of the 64-player Conquest battle that allows more tactical online matches between two teams of eight players each on the Arras, Rotterdam, and Hamada maps. This adds a fast-action, Call of Duty-style mode to Battlefield V’s fighting repertoire.
