Pokémon going strong: Nintendo ships 7.7 million Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire copies worldwide
The newest entries in Nintendo’s monster-collecting and battling role-playing series for the 3DS have shipped 7.7 million copies worldwide, via Siliconera. The games came out in the U.S., Japan, and Australia on Nov. 21, with a European launch following on Nov. 28.
