Lumping righteousness! Developer WayForward Technologies’ finished development on its Adventure Time adaptation and sent the code to D3Publisher to turn into 3DS and DS cartridges.
Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d You Steal Our Garbage?!! is due out Nov. 20 on both Nintendo handheld consoles. It is a side-scrolling brawler and platforming game. Adventure Time is a cartoon that airs Mondays at 8 p.m. Eastern on Cartoon Network. It stars Jake the dog and Finn the human as they fight baddies and meet strange creatures.
Their nemesis, the Ice King, obviously has nefarious plans for the aforementioned garbage.
The cartoon skews a bit older thanks to a sharp wit that is enough to entertain big kids (like me).
Developer WayForward Technologies is best known for its cult classic Game Boy Color platformer Shantae. Most critics were cool toward its most recent release, Double Dragon Neon for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. Hopefully, this game will be flipping awesome.
