Bethesda is up to something.

The Elder Scrolls and Fallout publisher is planning its first Electronic Entertainment Expo press conference. It takes place June 14, two days before the Los Angeles gaming convention begins.

Publisher press conferences before the actual show floor opens are something of a tradition with companies like Sony, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Activision, and Ubisoft. They use the events to announce and show off upcoming projects.

Bethesda plans to open up the press conference to fans as well as journalists. It’ll also stream the event on Twitch.

Of course, fans will undoubtedly hope that Bethesda planning a press conference means we might hear about Fallout 4, the unannounced but anticipated sequel to the publisher’s open-world role-playing game series. The last Fallout, New Vegas, came out in 2010.
