Nvidia and Intel will collaborate on custom data center and PC products (updated with press Q&A)

Nvidia and Intel announced a collaboration to jointly develop multiple generations of custom data center and PC products that accelerate applications and workloads across hyperscale, enterprise and consumer markets.

As part of the deal, Nvidia will invest $5 billion in Intel’s publicly traded stock.
