Developer Amazing Seasun Games announced today that it’ll be hosting a PC closed beta test for Mecha Break, a fast-paced multiplayer mech combat game that can support up to 60 players.
The closed beta session will be live on Steam from April 26 to April 29 during the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 12:00AM CDT (UTC+8). In addition to the 3v3 Ace Arena and 6v6 Battlefield modes, players will be able to try Mashmak, a massive 60-player PvEvP battle. First revealed at The Game Awards in 2023, Mecha Break puts you in the cockpit of your own mech suit, which you can customize with different paint jobs, weapons, armor pieces, and more. You can also create different builds that fit your playstyle, whether you want to focus on melee attacks with laser swords and axes or fight from afar with heavy artillery.
In a closed beta FAQ, Amazing Seasun Games said it’ll be using this time to test server stability and collect feedback on “gameplay, online experience, and other insights” that’ll help them improve the game. Mecha Break doesn’t have a release date yet, but the developer plans to launch it on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
