In the trailers for the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens, we’ve repeatedly seen a derelict Star Destroyer on planet of sand, and now publisher Electronic Arts is giving us a first glimpse of how that ship ended up in that position.
One of the preorder bonuses EA is promising for Star Wars: Battlefront is early access to the level called “Battle of Jakku,” and today’s new trailer from EA and developer DICE gives us another look at this fight. Of course, if you’ve paid close enough attention to the promotional material for Episode VII, then you know that Jakku is the home world of at least one of the characters in the new film. You also know that this person explores a crashed Star Destroyer that came as the result of a battle between the Empire and the Rebel Alliance.
