A galaxy of nearly infinite planets is going to live inside your PlayStation 4 this year.

Sony confirmed today in Paris that No Man’s Sky is coming in June. The universe-exploring simulator, which uses math equations to generate planets, animals, and intelligent species on the fly, will finally launch in the middle of next year. No Man’s Sky developer Hello Games first introduced the game in December 2013 as part of the VGX Awards on Spike. Since then, hype and excitement has only grown as people have learned that it has countless creatures and 18 quintillion planets, which is the number 18 with 18 zeros behind it.

Hello Games cofounder Sean Murray showed No Man’s Sky off on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert a few weeks back, and you can check it out here for an idea of what to expect:

No Man’s Sky is also coming to PC, and we’ve reached out to Hello Games to confirm that version is also due out in June.
